Index Creative Village, a local ad agency and event organizer has a new project to concentrate on the pet business with an online and a reality TV programmed for dog lovers. The company anticipates the new pet business will help revenues to meet its target of 1.8 billion baht by the year-end. Thailand has Asia-Pacific's third fastest-growing pet market, after India and China. The company's research found pet food has for 47% of the total pets. There are medical and other services such as grooming and pet spas have for 53%.Thailand's pet in dusty can sale animals are worth 10.5 billion baht a year. The ad company has a website, www.mydoggang.com,which concentrate on relationships between dogs and their masters. It anticipates 50,000 members will join the site within the next one year. In the last quarter of the year, Index Creative Village plans to present ''The Dog Master'' reality TV show. It is now in bargaining with one free-to-air TV channel about broadcast times. In the next year, the plan of pet project will start on the website and TV show. The project will require money to invest approximately 4-5 million baht. However, the pet business will contract by 5% to 10% this year because political unrest from February to May. The company hopes the new pet project will boost revenue for TV show and multimedia business during the rest of the year.
I think this project is very well for person who loves in pet. People can pay a lot of money for the pets such as food, medical care and accessories. I am the person, who love pet, I take care my pet and pay a lot of money for accessories food and everything is primary for my dog. I believe this project can grow up in the future.
